Retail Confectioners International (RCI) is gearing up for another full year of opportunities to participate at upcoming events and education courses.

Meet Me in St. Louis
The 94th Annual Convention & Industry Expo will be in St. Louis, June 16-20, 2014. The theme for this event is Innovate, Collaborate & Accelerate. Attendees will have the opportunity to learn about innovations on the Expo show floor, collaborate during education roundtable discussions and the candy clinic as well as accelerate their learning through education sessions. In addition, attendees will get a chance to participate in RCI’s unique, behind-the-scenes tours the last two days of the week.
RCI is also working on other education sessions throughout the year including a Creams, Fondants and Fudges course in late summer. This course is designed for the more intermediate candy-maker looking to perfect their skills. Education continues to be a focus for RCI as we offer both introductory courses such as Chocolate Boot Camp as well as courses covering specific aspects of candy making for both members and non-members to attend. Our Fall Regional will be on the West Coast this year in Las Vegas, August 25-27. Attendees will once again have an opportunity to network with fellow members, experience behind-the-scenes tours and learn through interactive presentations and kitchen demonstrations.
