Blommer Chocolate Co. has hired Vince Kramer as its new quality assurance director. Kramer most recently was quality assurance director for Farley’s & Sathers.
In this role at Blommer, Kramer will focus on building a companywide approach to quality management and leading the quality assurance team.
He joins Blommer with more than 22 years of experience in the food industry in various roles within the quality function.
Kramer has worked for various companies in the meat and poultry industry and graduated from Ohio State University with a degree in food technology and also earned his MBA from Brenau University, Gainesville, Ga.
Blommer is the largest cocoa processor and ingredient chocolate supplier in North America.
