Delysia Chocolatier, an artisanal, female-owned chocolatier in Austin, Texas, will introduce three Halloween products.
The new products include:
- The Halloween Truffle Box includes nine truffles: three caramel, three candy corn and three peanut butter trufles. The distinct candy corn flavor and soft texture comes through the pure white chocolate shell. The caramel truffle adds another classic fall taste with sticky sweetness. The peanut butter truffle is a salty sweet treat.
- Skull Molded Chocolate is offered in dark, milk or white varieties. Each Halloween-themed molded chocolate is carefully handcrafted to showcase the fine details of the skull. Customers can add colorful, edible paint for a custom sugar skull design.
- Molded Bat: Each playful piece is handmade in the Culinary Center kitchen with the same high-quality chocolate that is used to make its award-winning truffles. Customers can select from three signature chocolates: milk, white or dark. This Halloween character comes to life with fine details, created by chef and chocolatier Nicole Patel.
Other fall season products include Pumpkin Spice Drinking Chocolate, Turkey Molded Chocolate, Thanksgiving Hostess truffles and an Autumn Harvest truffles collection.
