Though the global COVID-19 pandemic prompted the National Confectioners Association to cancel the 2020 Sweets & Snacks Expo, the staff of Candy Industry still wanted to give confectionery manufacturers a chance to show off the innovations they have planned for 2020 and beyond.

As in years past, we’ve compiled a list of new products that would’ve debuted or been highlighted at the show. These innovations cover all categories, from chocolate and sugar confectionery to novelty products.
