Description: Seattle Chocolate Co. has launched three springtime chocolate bars sure to put a spring in any chocolate lover’s step. They include:
- Honey, Almond & Coconut Truffle Bar: Inspired by a seven-layer bar, this confection features organic honey crystals from Oregon, dry roasted almonds, dried coconut flakes and a dash of sea salt combined in 60% cacao dark chocolate.
- Carrot Cake Truffle Bar: Walnuts and the warm spices of cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger and allspice are mixed in milk chocolate and layered in a white chocolate coating, reminiscent of cream cheese frosting.
- Chocolate Wafer Cone Truffle Bar: Malted milk powder and crisp organic brown rice are combined in milk chocolate to evoke the taste and crunch of a chocolate wafer cone.
All three seasonal bars feature packaging illustrated by New York City-based artist Llew Mejia, who's skilled in hand-drawn illustration, pattern/print, packaging, branding and computer-generated illustration.
Ingredients (Carrot Cake Truffle): Milk chocolate (cane sugar, milk, cocoa butter, chocolate liquor, soya lecithin, natural vanilla), white chocolate (cane sugar, cocoa butter, milk, soya lecithin, natural vanilla), walnuts, non-hydrogenated coconut oil, cinnamon, natural vanilla, nutmeg, ginger, allspice, sea salt.
