New chocolatier Not Your Sugar Mamas, based in Martha’s Vineyard, uses the best organic ingredients to create chocolate that’s good for you without sacrificing taste. The bars use organic maple syrup and coconut nectar instead of refined sugar. They’re also made with ethically sourced, certified organic, non-GMO ingredients with health benefits.
