Koelnmesse will welcome 1,200 exhibitors from more than 60 countries to Cologne for ISM 2022, set for Jan. 30-Feb. 2, after canceling the in-person trade fair last year.
Though the total of participating companies (501) is down from the 566 Koelnmesse recorded this time last year, organizers feel the trade fair, set for Jan. 31-Feb. 3, is on a good course in light of the global coronavirus pandemic.
Patrick Poirrier, CEO of the family-owned chocolate manufacturer CÉMOI, is the first French person to receive the ISM Award, presented Feb. 2 during the 50th edition of ISM.
Koelnmesse will celebrate the 50th edition of ISM, the world’s largest fair for sweets and snacks, with a special anniversary event and an evening honoring exhibitors that haven’t missed a show in its five-decade history.
PEZ is planning to launch a pair of limited-edition dispensers shaped like cacti. And because exotic plants have exotic tastes, they will also be accompanied by limited-edition PEZ Lychee candies.
Supporting program with Speakers' Corner, FutureLab and Science Center, Power Fruits special show and New Product Showcase provides an ideal information platform for sweets and snacks manufacturers. (Advertorial)
