Organizers of ISM and ProSweets have announced plans to move forward on an in-person/digital hybrid of the parallel tradeshows — both of which are slated to be held Jan. 21 through Feb. 3, 2021 in Cologne, Germany.
Organizers for ISM, the world’s largest fair for sweets and snacks, expect to see a strong presence of organic offerings at the 2021 fair in light of the global COVID-19 pandemic.
Though the total of participating companies (501) is down from the 566 Koelnmesse recorded this time last year, organizers feel the trade fair, set for Jan. 31-Feb. 3, is on a good course in light of the global coronavirus pandemic.
