Though the Chocolate Tour and other attractions remain closed, guests can visit for two hours after securing a free, digital timed entry pass to the Hershey building and grounds. Visitors will also be required to wear a mask, to have their temperature screened and to maintain social distancing of six feet.
The Hershey’s Chocolate World team also will continuously clean high-touch areas and attractions frequently throughout the day. Hand sanitizing stations have been installed throughout the building, and guest self-serve offerings such as water fountains, soda fountains and napkin and condiment stations have been removed.
For takeout options, Hershey’s Chocolate World is offering a “best of” menu of milkshakes, cookie dough cups, s’mores, cookies and cupcakes. All food items have been converted to takeout packaging. Eating is not permitted in the food hall.
Furthermore, plexiglass screens have been installed in front of all registers, and there is protective film on all credit card processing systems. Guests are encouraged to use touchless payment when checking out.
A separate building entrance and exit will be maintained for a safe traffic flow.
The Hershey’s Chocolate World location in Las Vegas has also reopened, and so has the location in Niagara Falls with limited hours. The locations in New York City’s Times Square and Singapore remain closed.
