Schokinag has installed a new chip production line with a capacity of 3 tonnes per hour. The Mannheim, Germany-based company has also installed a white chocolate production line that’s set to begin regular operation this month.

 

Since 2016, Schokinag has invested €10 million in these projects and other smaller projects.

 

“It has been a major investment for us, which we put and still are putting a lot of work and care into,” said Managing Director Rolf Eiermann. “The subsequent increase in capacity, together with our highest product quality, further improved efficiency and brand-new packaging to be introduced this spring, will allow us to offer an even wider range of chocolates to both industrial and artisanal users.”
