Fine & Raw has added two new chocolate bars to its lineup of bars, confections, butters, spreads and more. Chocolate lovers can spoil themselves with these two new varieties:
- Cashew Nut Butter: Fine & Raw has blended housemade raw cashew butter into dark chocolate, enhanced by lucuma and vanilla, for an incredibly creamy bar with notes of caramel cookie.
- 70% Cacao: Simple and straightforward — 70% dark chocolate with no adornments — this bar blends the best cacao beans in the world with coconut sugar and cacao butter.
Fine & Raw’s bars also have been resized. Now 40 percent thinner, the bars still weigh in at 2 oz. After experimenting with thinner bars through its Brooklyn Bonnie collection, Fine & Raw has discovered that more surface area means chocolate molecules are more quickly released on the tongue.
