Uncommon Carob has introduced a new line of carob bars with silky-smooth texture. The bars’ ingredients were chosen to enhance the carob flavor without trying to imitate chocolate. No bitter overtones here. Just smooth, melt-in-your-mouth goodness.

Three initial flavors offer something for everyone:

Pure Unsweetened - Naturally sweet, not bitter.
Sweetened - A touch of organic coconut sugar makes it sweet.
Cool Mint - Peppermint offers a classic, subtle coolness.

Carob is high in calcium and fiber and free of caffeine. Naturally-present antioxidant polyphenols benefit health and aid good digestion. Uncommon Carob’s products are organic and free of GMOs, dairy, soy and gluten.
