A new Culinary Center at its headquarters in Northbrook, Ill. represents Bell Flavors & Fragrances’ latest investment in customer collaboration.

The 3,300-sq.-ft. Culinary Center contains equipment that can mimic many commercial manufacturing processes, so as to better simulate customer products. Designed to encourage creativity and collaboration, the space also contains chef-designed cooking and presentation areas, meeting spaces, and offices for the application teams.

“Chef-driven innovation is crucial to many of our customers’ innovation pipelines," Executive Chef Chris Warsow says. “The Culinary Center was built to provide a forum for collaboration between the chefs and food scientists of Bell and the customer. It is also a space to drive innovation and partnership in a comfortable and meaningful manner. We are excited to see the ideas that would emerge from this space.”
