Based in Northern California, The Tea Room Chocolate Co. makes handcrafted organic chocolate infused with steeped tea and other ingredients in a variety of flavors. All of their bars are USDA certified organic, non-GMO, gluten- and hormone-free and made using Fairtrade chocolate.
The company’s two newest bars are the Crème Brulee Milk Chocolate and the Orange Almond Vanilla Dark Chocolate.
The Crème Brulee Milk Chocolate bar features brittle burnt toffee veiled in layers of 42 percent cacao milk chocolate with visions of vanilla custard. The chocolate is also infused with vanilla black tea.
The Orange Almond Vanilla Dark Chocolate Bar is 60 percent cacao and features vanilla black tea, cold-pressed orange oil and California roasted almonds
Ingredients: (Orange Almond Vanilla Dark Chocolate Bar) Organic unsweetened chocolate, organic cane sugar, organic cacao fat, organic roasted almonds, organic black vanilla tea, all natural orange flavor. May contain traces of peanuts and/or other tree nuts, organic vanilla extract, soy, dairy and spices.
