Ingredion trends at IFT

Select samples will be produced through live demonstrations throughout the show alongside leading Louisiana Chef, John Folse from R’Evolution restaurant in New Orleans, who will be preparing his gold standard dishes and comparing them to the same recipes commercialized by the CULINOLOGY team.
