Chef Michael Antonorsi blends creamy milk chocolate with puffed whole grains, toasted corn chips, popping candy and a sprinkle of sea salt in creamy milk chocolate. Antonorsi discovered the fun of Pop Corn Pop during its creation. While playing with ways to use popcorn in a bar, he wondered what it might be like to actually simulate popcorn popping. And the coolest thing about Pop Corn Pop? Popcorn isn’t even an ingredient! Amaranth is the “secret” ingredient and combined with the popping candy create the taste and sensation of freshly popped popcorn.
