Toffee Break Desserts debuted their signature toffee collection at the Fancy Food Show for the first time this year. The Signature Toffee is covered with milk chocolate and freshly roasted almonds and is a time-honored favorite for any toffee purist. The toffee also comes in the following flavors: cookies n’ cream, raspberry, mocha latte, streusel, pretzel and white snow.
Ingredients: (Signature Toffee) Sugar, brown sugar, butter, margarine (partially hydrogenated soybean oil and liquid soybean oil, whey, water, salt, vegetable mono and diglycerides, soy lecithin, potassium sorbate and citric acid as preservatives, artificial flavor colored with beta carotena, vitamin A (palmitate) added), corn syrup, bottom layer milk chocolate: Sugar, vegetable oil (palm kernel, partially hydrogenated palm), cocoa (may be processed with alkali), skim milk, whey, soy lecithin (an emulsifier), and artificial flavoring. Top layer milk chocolate: Sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk, chocolate liquor, nonfat milk, soy lecithin (an emulsifier), artificial flavoring.
