Hershey executive Tom Joyce has been named vice chairman of the 2007 All Candy Expo. He will serve in unison with current All Candy Expo Chairman, Michael Gilmore.

Joyce, who is vice president, customer and industry affairs of The Hershey Company and a National Confectioners Association board member, has been actively involved with NCA for a number of years, serving in a variety of pivotal roles on both the international and trade relations committees as well as sub-committtees and task forces.

During his 31-year-career with The Hershey Company, he has held a variety of positions in sales, broker management and industry relations. Joyce is a five-time recipient of the Hershey Company’s President’s Cup award for sales excellence.

Continuing chairman, Michael Gilmore, is vice president, brand development, chocolates, for Ferrara Pan Candy Co. He boasts more than 36 years of experience in the food industry and recently retired from the role of COO at Ferrero U.S.A.

“Tom Joyce brings a wide range of talent and expertise to his new role, and working in tandem with Michael over the coming months will prepare him well as NCA’s next EXPO chairman,” said Larry Graham, president of NCA.
