Innovative Candy Concepts, creator of the Too Tarts Smart Choice brand, branches out with the rollout of Rock’n Raisins. These one-of-a kind, healthy fruit treats sport a sweet chewy raisin center coated with a variety of sour-tasting, fruit-flavored shells: strawberry, blueberry, green apple and fruit punch. Rock’n Raisins contain no refined sugar and are a natural fruit product. ICC’s latest creation is packaged in a bright purple holographic box with the company’s mascots, “The Dudes,” jamming wildly on the front. Rock’n Raisins will launch March 1 with national distribution. These “Raisins Gone Wild” will be available in counter displays, promotional power wings and shippers, and two inline displays in 12-count and 24-count versions. The suggested retail price will range from 99 cents to $1.29.
New Snap-n-Glow Pops from Koko’s offer a fun way to enjoy a traditional lollipop. Topping each stick is a 1.2-oz. lollipop available in a choice of four flavors — green apple, strawberry, blue raspberry and lemon. To activate the lollipop’s glow effect, one simply bends the stick and shakes the lollipop. Snap-n-Glow Pops are sold in 30-count mini tubs packed six to a display box.

Big Sky Brands has added three new Jones Soda Carbonated Candy flavors — Cream Soda, MF Grape and Orange & Cream. The carbonated candy in a tin delivers the flavor of a Jones Soda along with a tongue-tingling sensation. Each tin retails for about $1.99.
Merchandising options include 8-count trays; 24- 36- and 48-count mixed counter displays; 72- and 108-count mixed power wings; 144-count floor displays and 24-count acrylic cooler door displays.
Now and Later on a Stick

The suckers come in a 15-oz. laydown package and are shipped 12 per case.

The new confections are made by drenching soft candy patties in dark chocolate; then hard candy crumbles are layered on top and the candy is dipped in the chocolate for a second time.
Organic Macadamia Confections
Hawaiian Host Pure Aloha Organics, billed by the company as the world’s first certified organic Hawaiian macadamias and chocolate-covered macadamias produced for major commercial sales, made their debut at the recent Winter Fancy Food Show. The organic macadamias are lightly sea-salted and come in a 4.5-ounce can, offered at a suggested retail price of $5.79 to $5.99. The organic line also is available in a 3.1-ounce Milk Chocolate Indulgent Stand-Up Box and a 3.1-ounce Dark Chocolate Indulgent Stand-Up Box. The suggested retail price for these items is $4.99.

Fudge That’s Fun
With a name inspired by the movie “Napoleon Dynamite,” Flippin’ Fudge is a dark chocolate fudge sold in hand-cut, foil-wrapped cubes and packaged for a variety of special — and everyday — occasions. A 16-piece variety box is offered for $22.50; a 28-piece box has a suggested retail price of $35. Four-piece samplers are $9.50. Fudge varieties include Fuzzy Bubble (champagne peach), Skippy’s Surprise (peanut butter and dark chocolate) and Toffee Crunch among others.

Rolling Rockers are sold in displayable 24-count boxes packed 12 boxes per case. The suggested retail price per package is 49 cents.

Harry London Chocolates has launched a Signature line of assorted gourmet chocolates presented in a variety of unique packaging configurations. The collection expands the selection of gourmet chocolates available to customers year round.
The Assorted Gourmet Chocolate box line has been hand-crafted by Harry London’s artisan chocolatiers and includes cream caramels, soft nougats, velvet creams, truffles, crunchy spiced toffees and more. The candies are hand-packed in a black hinged box with the Harry London “L” embossed on the lid.
Harry London’s Gourmet Truffle collection introduces two gourmet options in individual boxes, an Assorted Gourmet Truffle and All-Dark Assorted Gourmet Truffle. These boxes are featured in two different earth tone colors and presented in the same hinge-style box as the assorted collection.
