A 2010 NASFT Sofi Award Silver Finalist for Outstanding Snack Food, Baked Lentil Chips are all-natural and free from GMOs, gluten and trans fat. The heart-healthy product contains 70% less fat than traditional potato chips and is a good source of fiber. It comes in three varieties: Cucumber Dill, Sea Salt and Sea Salt & Cracked Black Pepper.
Ingredients (Cucumber Dill variety): Bean flour (lentil, adzuki, and garbanzo beans), potato starch, vegetable oil (contains one or more of the following: mid or high oleic sunflower seed oil, high oleic canola oil), whey, salt, lactose, cucumber powder, buttermilk solids, onion powder, garlic powder, sugar, spices, natural flavor (contains milk), lactic acid, spice extractive, potassium chloride, and less than 2% silicon dioxide to prevent caking.
