Energy strips voted best new product at ECRM show

Touting itself as "the new way to do energy," Sheets Energy Strips from Pure Brands LLC evidently energized enough buyers and distributors to agree, garnering the 2011 Best New Product Award at the ECRM (Efficient Collaborative Retail Marketing) Diet, Vitamin and Sports Nutrition Show, which was held last week in ChampionsGate, Fla.
Co-founded by basketball star LeBron James, and Pure Brands’ executives Warren Struhl, Jesse Itzler and Maverick Carter, Sheets Energy Strips are paper-thin, individually wrapped, dissolvable pocket-sized strips that are placed on one’s tongue. The strips, which dissolve instantly, use a proprietary delivery system that enables consumers to get fast-acting energy conveniently.
According to Pure Brands, the product has experienced explosive growths since its May launch. It is currently available at GNC and will soon be found at most major retail chains nationally, the company says.
