Front of new warehouse building.

Bell Flavors & Fragrances Inc., is expanding. The Northbrook, Ill.-based company has acquired an 85,000-sq.-ft. warehouse building next to its existing corporate headquarters, the company says.

“Over the last five years, our domestic and international business has grown so well that one of our biggest challenges has been with space in our Northbrook facility,” says Thomas Fortman, vice president of manufacturing. “This warehouse building will be critical to our long-term growth.”

The building, which is logistically ideal for long-term expansion and planning, is slated to be connected to the current corporate headquarters.

“This warehouse building acquisition will allow Bell critical space for enhancing all areas of our business with the goal to bring even further value to our customers and the markets we service,” says James Heinz, president and ceo.

Bell Flavors and Fragrances has manufacturing plants in five counties, as well more than 40 sales offices around the world.
