Blommer expands R&D staff

Blommer Chocolate Co. has hired on two new research and development technologists to work on product development - Kim Swisher and Caitlin Harvey.
Both joined the Union City, Calif., team in June and will focus on generating new products, innovations and technical services.
Swisher graduated with B.S. degree in food science from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, and Harvey graduated with a B.S. degree in culinary science from Drexel University.
