The battle of the chocolate bunnies isn’t over.

Hauswirth confectionery company is planning to appeal a recent ruling by a Vienna court ordering that it stop producing Easter bunnies resembling ones made by Lindt & Spruengli, Rueters reports.

Lindt has said Hauswirth’s bunnies violate EU trademark because they are a knock-off of Lindt’s. Last week, it won the case blocking production, but Hauswirth hasn’t given up.

“We are going to file an appeal because we continue to believe in our legal case and the rule of law,” company chief Roman Hauswrith told Rueters. Hauswrith has argued that Lindt is using its trademark to quash competition unfairly.
