THE HOOK: Beam Global Spirits & Wine and Courvoisier Cognac, together with Bissinger’s Handcrafted Chocolatier, have launched a new line of truffles. Created by Courvoisier master blender Jean Marc Olivier and Bissinger’s chocolatiers Terry Wakefield and Dave Owens, Courvoisier truffles blend Bissinger’s 55% dark chocolate with Courvoisier XO Cognac. The truffles are available at Bissinger’s stores, online and at select retailers worldwide.
INGREDIENTS: Dark Chocolate (sugar, unsweetened chocolate, cocoa butter,butter oil, soy lecithin, vanilla), coconut oil, XO Courvoisier Cognac, dried cream, vodka extractives, cognac extract, caramel extract, soy lecithin, fumaric acid. Gluten-free facility uses milk, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, wheat and eggs. Contains less than 1.3% alcohol by weight.
