THE HOOK: Adding to its portfolio of single origin chocolate bars, Amano Artisan Chocolate introduces the Jembrana Single Origin Bar. The bar, containing 70% cocoa, is handmade from bean to bar using beans from Jembrana on the southwest coast of Bali. The new chocolate bar also shows off the company’s new, sleek packaging.
INGREDIENTS: Cocoa beans, pure cane sugar, cocoa butter, whole vanilla beans. May contain tree nuts, peanuts and soy lecithin (an emulsifier).
