Anthony Forgione II, son of previous owner Anthony Forgione, has been named trustee and president of Boyer Candy Co. after petitioning the Florida courts that put family friend Roy Mollomo in charge five years ago.  Anthony Forgione Sr. owned Consolidated Brands, which bought Boyer Candy Co. in 1984.  After his death, Mollomo was named trustee and ceo of the company after an extended court battle.  With Forgione II’s appointment, Robert Faith, formerly of Faith Vending Co., was chosen as ceo.
“We want this business to stay in Altoona, and keeping it in the family trust is a way to do that,” Faith said.
