Katharine Clark is currently director of technical services for the Specialty Food Ingredients division of Centerchem, the exclusive North American distributor for Capol and Maxinvert products. Clark, who has been with Centerchem for more than 18 years, holds a B.S. degree in Food Science from the University of Wisconsin, Madison. She presently serves as a member of the NCA National Supplier Advisory Committee and is past chairperson for the Chicago Chapter of the AACT. As a University of Wisconsin student, Clark received the Hans F. Dresel Memorial Scholarship.
