Lee Hartman has over 30 years experience in the packaging industry, including eight years in rigid packaging (glass, plastics, closures and labels) with Owens-Illinois and 24 years in flexible packaging with Daniels Packaging/Printpack. His responsibilities have included various sales and marketing assignments in Printpack’s Confectionery and Snacks divisions with particular emphasis on cold seal applications. He is now the sales manager for the “Sweet Snacks” side of the Snacks division, which includes confectionery, ice cream and nutraceutical applications.

Hartman has been an active member of the NCA Supplier Advisory Board since 1997 and Candy Industry’s Kettle Committee since 2004. He is currently serving as the Kettle Committee’s chairman.
