Flavorchem acquires Marnap Industries

Flavorchem Corp., a leader in flavor and color production, has acquired Marnap Industries of Buffalo, N.Y., the company says.

“The acquisition expands our product offerings in key categories including confection, beverage, and seasonings,” says Ken Malinowski, Flavorchem president.

Marnap founded in 1979, manufactures kosher certified food spices and flavors, oleoresins, essential oils as well as animal and pet feed flavors.

Flavorchem, founded in 1971, specializes in creating and manufacturing flavor and color solutions for the food, beverage, and nutraceutical industries. Flavorchem operates out of two locations, with corporate headquarters in Downers Grove, Ill. and a west coast facility in San Clemente, Calif.
