Ingredion trends at IFT

Ingredion Inc., a leading global ingredient provider, is presenting innovative solutions that address top trends in the industry at the 2014 Institute of Food Technologists (IFT) Annual Meeting and Food Expo in New Orleans, June 22-24 at the Morial Convention Center, booth #3641.

The demonstration will include prototypes and live demonstrations.

IFT brings together the world’s top food professionals to discover new innovations. The company says the latest global trends include:

Select samples will be produced through live demonstrations throughout the show alongside leading Louisiana Chef, John Folse from R’Evolution restaurant in New Orleans, who will be preparing his gold standard dishes and comparing them to the same recipes commercialized by the CULINOLOGY team.
