The 2012 Sweets & Snacks Expo, May 8-10 at McCormick Place in Chicago promises to be its usual sugary extravaganza. With our detailed guide to the show, you won’t have to stress about planning.

Here, we offer you a magical online directory organized just like the show — by booth number. Simply click on a section of the map above to see which products will be on display in that area of the Expo floor.

If you prefer to scan by company name though, have no fear! We’ve also compiled a click-able list of products organized alphabetically by company name, which you can find here.

And may we humbly suggest that you personalize your list of must-see products with Pinterest? The social site allows users to create to organize photos they see online into virtual bulletin boards. In this case, you could simply “pin” all your favorites and then scan through them on your smart phone while walking the Expo floor. For Candy Industry’s part, we see huge potential for this social tool.

We hope this preview section will help you maximize your time at the Expo, so you’ll know exactly which companies you need to stop and chat with, grab samples from or be amazed by.
