The Hershey Co. plans to close its distribution center in Redlands, Calif. and relocate to Ogden, Utah, writes Jesse B. Gill in Redlands Daily Facts. Citing Derek Miller, managing director for corporate recruitment for the state of Utah in the article, Gill states that The Hershey Co. was offered a refundable tax credit to move to Ogden, Utah. The Redlands 6,000-sq.-ft. distribution center opened in March 2002.
