Blommer Chocolate and confectionery historian Beth Kimmerle have begun collecting documents about the men and women involved with Blommer over the years. The project will include information from Blommer employees and others in the confectionery industry about the company’s 68 years in business. Kimmerle also plans to include photos, packaging and early letters. The research will continue until the full-color history book is published in late 2008.
