The Big Flats Planning Board in New York approved the final site plan for a chocolate candy manufacturer to build a 100,000-sq.-ft. plant on 17 acres of land at Airport Corporate Park. County officials would not identify the employer due to a confidentiality agreement. Chemung County executive Tom Santulli, however, said the company expects to bring 100 full-time and 70 seasonal jobs to the region.
   “He loved the site at Airport Corporate Park. He liked the area, and he liked being near an interstate,” Santulli said of the company’s president.
