Jean-Marc Rotsaert, formerly with Campbell’s, has joined AAK USA as president. Rotsaert, who has dual Belgian and U.S. citizenship, has a master’s degree in electrical engineering as well as a long career in the food industry, which began with the Coca Cola Co. After several years and success in positions in Europe and the USA, he joined Pepsi as v.p. for research and development based in the UK. There, he was directly involved in the reduction in saturated fats in Pepsi’s snack food products, which provided him with direct experience from a customer’s perspective of AAK UK.
