THE HOOK: Endangered Species Chocolate will kick 2008 off with the launch of five new organic chocolate bars. Varieties include a 70% cocoa organic smooth dark chocolate, 52% cocoa organic smooth milk chocolate and three 70% cocoa dark chocolate bars specifically positioned to deliver health benefits with inclusions like cacao nibs, golden berry and maca, a root rich in calcium, magnesium phosphorous and iron. Maca is said to enhance one’s ability to handle stress while boosting energy and endurance.

INGREDIENTS: (Spider Monkey variety) Organic dark chocolate (organic chocolate liquor, organic sugar, organic cocoa butter, organic cocoa powder, organic soy lecithin (emulsifier), organic vanilla), organic goji berries, organic maca powder, organic pecans.
