THE PRODUCT: Holiday Season Line-up

THE HOOK: Chocolatier B.T. McElrath offers three chocolates and truffle assortments for this year’s holiday season. The company will highlight B.T. Berry Poinsettias, which feature an all-natural raspberry, black currant and white chocolate mousse filling; Champagne Truffles, with a champagne ganache, dark chocolate shell and a topping of chocolate confetti; and the Magdalena Truffle, made with pure Columbian chocolate. The seasonal line will be available October through December.

INGREDIENTS: White chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, dry whole milk, soy lecithin, vanilla), bittersweet chocolate (chocolate liqueur, cocoa butter, sugar, soy lecithin, vanilla), raspberry puree, butter, black currant puree, corn syrup, cocoa butter, liquor, natural flavors, natural colors. Contains milk and soy. May contain traces of peanuts and tree nuts.
