THE HOOK: Scharffen Berger announced its two latest bar additions—Milk Almond and Limited Series Antilles. Milk Almond blends premium sea salt almonds with extra rich milk chocolate. The Milk Almond bar boasts kosher certification and contains organic milk. The Limited Series Antilles bar is manufactured in small batches and numbered, marking the beans’ harvest from which the bar was produced. The Antilles bar features 75% cacao from beans sourced from the Antilles region in the Caribbean.

INGREDIENTS: (Milk Almond variety) Cacao beans; sugar; organic milk; almonds; cocoa butter; organic nonfat milk; contains 2% or less of: safflower oil non-GMO soy lecithin; salt; sea salt; and whole vanilla beans.
