Way North Foods uses local Michigan Microbrews as the base for its gourmet line of Beer Brittle, Ale Brittle and Stout Brittle, which combines the depth of flavor and the smokey-spicy nuances of the beer, ale and stout for a new take on traditional peanut brittle. “Every batch is fresh from the tap with a sweet crunchy snap!”
Ingredients (Beer variety): Short’s Brewing Company Pandemonium Pale Ale (water, barley malt, yeast, hops, wheat malt), cane sugar, unsalted butter, dry roasted peanuts, almonds, sea salt.
S.R.P.: $10.00 per 8-oz. bag
