The Product: boom Choco boom bars
The Hook: Customers don’t have to shy away from chocolate anymore because of allergies. Enjoy Life Foods has introduced the first dairy-, nut- and soy-free chocolate bars into the allergy-friendly marketplace. The bars are free of the eight most common allergens: wheat, dairy, peanuts, tree nuts, egg, soy, fish and shellfish, and are made in a nut- and gluten-free workplace. The tasty treats use dairy-free rice milk instead of cow’s milk and come in three varieties: dairy-free rice milk, dairy-free rice milk with crispy rice and dark chocolate.
Ingredients: (Dairy-free rice milk bar) Evaporated cane juice, non-dairy cocoa butter, natural chocolate liquor (non-alcoholic), rice milk powder (rice syrup powder, rice starch, rice flour, salt, carrageenan), salt.
S.R.P.: $1.79-1.99 for each 1.4-oz. bar.
