The Product: Zzang! candy bars
The Hook: Zingerman’s Bakehouse is cooking up something more than pastries and bread. The company has created Zzang! handmade candy bars in three delicious flavors: The Original, Cashew Cow and What The Fudge?. The Original candy bar features butter-roasted peanuts, caramel and peanut butter honey nougat dipped in dark chocolate. Cashew Cow features milk chocolate cashew butter gianduja, cashew brittle and roasted cashews dipped in dark chocolate. What The Fudge? features milk chocolate fudge, Muscovado caramel and malted milk cream dipped in dark chocolate.
Ingredients: (What the Fudge? candy bar) Dark chocolate, milk chocolate, corn syrup, organic Muscovado brown sugar, milk, heavy cream, real butter, malted milk powder, real vanilla, salt, baking soda.
S.R.P.: $3.95 for a bar.
