Ed Wilson started in the confectionery industry as a warehouse manager at U.S. Cocoa Corp. in 1979. In the coming years, Wilson became production supervisor and eventually production manager of chocolate and compound operations for Cocoa Barry in Pennsauken N.J. In 1992, Wilson joined Aarhus Inc. as their technical services representative, which eventually led him to technical sales. Currently vice president of sales and marketing for AarhusKarlshamn, Wilson credits his success to his involvement in the confectionery industry through participation in trade groups such as PMCA, NCA and AACT. “Get involved and have fun” is his motto.
