Moreno Roncato joined Carle & Montanari USA in Raleigh, N.C. in 1999 as director of operations. He became president of the company in 2000. Roncato’s prior working experiences include engineering and sales management positions with manufacturers of industrial equipment for the textile and plastic industries. Since joining the company, Roncato has worked to bring the company closer to its customers, cooperating to identify the most effective production solutions for both chocolate moulding and wrapping needs, striving to improve response time, and reducing costs.Roncato holds an engineering degree from Politecnico di Torino in Italy and a MBA from Clemson University in Clemson, S.C.
