Bryan Bainbridge graduated from Hope College with a double major in business administration and economics and now resides in Byron Center, Mich. with his wife Laura and three children Nolan, Tess and Tate.  

Bainbridge has been involved in the confectionery industry since 1997 working with his father Ross at Bainbridge Associates LLC, where they are representatives in the United States and Canada for several equipment manufacturers.  They provide a domestic sales and service resource for process equipment used to produce a variety of end-products to the confectionery, bakery and snack industries.  These capabilities range from ingredient preparation to cooking, forming, product enhancing and packaging.
